Title: Synthesis and Characterization of Conductive Polyaniline
Abstract: Conductive polyaniline was synthesized by microemulsion polymerization with aniline as monomer,dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and hydrochloric acid as composite doped acid.The structure of conductive polyaniline was analyzed by FTIR.The influence of synthetic conditions on conductivity of polyaniline was discussed,and the influence of organic-inorganic composite acid system on thermal stability of polyaniline was studied as well.The conductivity of polyaniline was the best when n(DBSA)∶n(HCl)was 3∶2,n(DBSA/HCl)∶n(monomer)was 2.0∶1,polymerization temperature was 20℃,polymerization time was 10 h.Thermal stability of conductive polyaniline had enhanced siginificantly when doped by organic-inorganic composite acid with appropriate proportion.
