Abstract: Xun Kuang′s advocacy of use both benevolence and force was the beginning of the alienation of original principal aim within Confucian school.It also aroused a movement of respect emperor to be sageas advocated by Confucian school during the early days of Qin Dynasty.The movement was a lopsided adoration between the political yearning of Confucian school and the cultural aspiration of the First Emperor of Qin Dynasty.The Confucian scholars who were also court academician took the view of not to participate in politics but to make comments,which led Qinshihuang to set up revolutionaryruling order ,and to initiate a historical new aspect.Thus the contradiction between group of court academicians and group of military merits was ensued.The First Emperor was resentful at the seemingly united ,actually alienated Confucian scholars who were also court academicians.They were massacred Under Li si′s manipulation.
