This model was applied to the numerical simulation for the ...According to the true stress-strain relationship of 316 L steel, a constitutive relation model of the material was established in Deform 3D. This model was applied to the numerical simulation for the hot extrusion of 316 L. The numerical simulation and production experiment of the hot extrusion process of the deformed(inner-circular outer-square) steel pipe were carried out. The influences of extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, etc. on the extrusion productions were studied. The results show that: the simulation extrusion pressure is in good agreement with the actual one. Determined thermal extrusion process is the extrusion temperature of 1180-1200℃ and the extrusion speed of 200 mm/s. 316 L inner-circular outer-square pipe products were produced successfully based on the hot extrusion process.Read More
