Title: Effects of Long-termed In-situ Fertilization on Wheat Rhizosphere Soil Nutrition in Chao Soil
Abstract:Based on a 15-year long-term fertilization experiment in Chao soil,the effects of different fertilization treatments on pH value,organic matter and available nutrition content in wheat rhizosphere soi...Based on a 15-year long-term fertilization experiment in Chao soil,the effects of different fertilization treatments on pH value,organic matter and available nutrition content in wheat rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that:(1) The pH values of the CK and PK treatments were much lower in the rhizosphere soil than that in the bulk soil,and soil organic matter content was gradually declining.The pH values in rhizosphere soil and bulk soil of applied nitrogen fertilizer and combined with P,K treatments were less than those of PK and CK treatments.The soil organic matter contents of N,NP and NPK treatments were declining from jointing stage to shooting stage,and then increasing from shooting stage to mature stage,the soil organic matter content of NK treatment was gradually declining.The rhizosphere soil pH values of applied organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatments were lower than that of in the bulk soil at the jointing stage,but it was contrary during the shooting and mature stages;and the organic matter contents of all the treatments were higher than that of applied chemical fertilizers treatment from jointing to mature.(2) The soil available N contents of the CK and PK treatments were lower than those of other treatments at different stages.As for the long-term nitrogen application and those in combination with nitrogen(N,NP,NK,NPK) at the jointing phase,no significant difference of soil available nitrogen content were detected between rhizosphere soil and bulk soil,while the available P content in rhizosphere soil was highest.The soil available N contents of N and NK treatments were highest at the mature stage.The changes of soil available K contents of NK and PK treatment in rhizosphere soil and in bulk soil were no obvious,while they were higher than NPK treatment.The soil available N content in rhizosphere soil amended with long-term organic fertilizer and NPK was higher than chemical fertilizer treatments,which was most obvious in MNPK and 1.5MNPK treatments.In addition to SNPK treatment,the soil available P content of the other treatments was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatments in rhizosphere soil and bulk soil,and the content of 1.5MNPK treatment was highest.Read More
