Title: Vermilion Whistling Deformity Repaired by Bilateral Advancement of Malposition Flap
Abstract: [Objective]To observe the feasibility and effect of bilateral advancement of malposition flap on repair of vermilion whistling deformity.[Methods]52 patients with vermilion whistling deformity who were 6 to 32 years old were selected for the repair of bilateral advancement of malposition flap from December 2005 to August 2009.[Results]On the 7th day after the operation,all the wounds were healed well,survival of the mucosal flap was good,and the appearance was satisfactory.With follow-up for 4 months to 4 years,there was no obvious change in appearance.[Conclusion]The bilateral advancement of malposition flap is a feasible and ideal operative method on repair of vermilion whistling deformity.
