Abstract: Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ajuga decumbens. Methods Five compounds were isolated from methanol extraction and purified with silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were 1-octen-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-6)-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (Ⅱ), 6, 7-dihydroxy-coumarin (Ⅲ), 5, 7-dihydroxy-4′-methylflavone (Ⅳ), and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranositosterol (Ⅴ). Conclusion 〖WT5BZ〗These five compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
