The results showed that the removal rates of turbidity,N...The experiments of pre-treatment of micro-polluted source water with three water-dropping aeration biological contact oxidation were performed. The results showed that the removal rates of turbidity,NH3-N,CODMn,NO2--N and algae by this process were 36.2%、65.4%、17.0%、67.0% and 65.2% respectively when the average water temperature was 19.5℃,the average DO was 7.45 mg·L-1 and the HRT was 1.6 hours; The total DO aerated by the three water-dropping is 1.41 mg·L-1 and the DO of effluent is larger than 4.69 mg·L-1. The reactor with water-dropping aeration can effectively overcome the defect of traditional reactor with air-blast aeration in homogeneous supply of oxygen. The main factors which effected the water-dropping aeration were water temperature,the real DO of the raw water and the height of water-dropping.Read More
