Title: Pathomorphologic Observation on Immune Organs of Rabbits with Encephalitozoon cuniculi
Abstract: to research the morphological changes on peripheral immune organs of rabbits with encephalitozoon cuniculi, the lymph nodes, spleens and sacculus rotundus on 20 cases and 12 control rabbits were comparatively observed by clinic examination, the pathological anatomic inspection, the pathological sections stained with HE,Giemsa and immunohistochemistry. The results indicated that in rabbits with encephalitozoon cuinculi the lymph nodules in lymph node increased with an obvious germinal center, medullary cords become thicker and paracortex zone broadened. The splenic nodules in spleen increased and largened with an obvious germinal center. The marginal zone was widened obviously.Lots of lymphocytes gathered around the periarterial lymphatic sheath largened evidently. The lymph nodules in sacculus rotundus increased and largened with an obvious germinal center.A number of lymphocytes were diffused among lymph nodules.Staining with α-ANAE and sABC,A great number of T cells, macrophages and IgG-positive cells were detected in lymph nodes, spleens and sacculus rotundus. In view of the above,it was considered that in rabbits with encephalitozoon cuniculi the humoral immune and cellular immune were enhanced, but the cellular immune response was stronger.
