Title: Numerical research on flow field of T-tube by mix-multiphase flow model and euler-multiphase flow model
Abstract: Based on multiphase flow numerical theory of computing and method for computational fluid dynamics(CFD),a numerical simulation analysis for T-tube device cavity flow field under complex condition is carried out.Then the standard model and the standard wall functions of mixture-multiphase flow model of CFD are applied for numerical simulation of the internal flow field of T-tube.At the same time the numerical simulation for internal flow field of T tube joint was carried out by Euler-multiphase flow model with the simulating solution obtained by the mixture-multiphase flow model as the initial conditions of Euler-multiphase flow model.Finally the pressure field,the velocity field and the VOF of the internal flow field of T-tube obtained from calculation for two models were comparatively analyzed,which results may be instructive for structural optimization design and failure analysis.
