Title: Optimization on Supercritical CO_2 Extraction Technology of Linseed Oil and Component Analysis
Abstract: The optimization technology on supercritical CO2 extraction of linseed oil is studied by single factor and orthogonal test. The effect of extraction temperature, extraction pressure, extraction time and CO2 flow on flax seed oil extraction yield is studied and the components of unsaturated fatty acids from flax seed oil are analyzed. The results show that the optimum flax seed oil extraction rate is 73.81% while the optimum supercritical CO2 extraction temperature is 45 ℃,the extraction pressure is 40 MPa,the extraction time is 3 h and the CO2 flow is 30 kg/h. The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 88.88% of total glycerin fatty acids total quality in which oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid mass fraction are 18.53%,19.17% and51.18%.
