Title: Clinical study on analgesic effect of low dose ketamine for one hundred and twenty cases of general anaesthesia after myomectomy
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the clinical analgesic effect of low dose ketamine for general anaesthesia after myomectomy.METHODS One hundred and twenty patients scheduled for myomectomy were randomly divided into observation group (ketamine) and control group (normal saline) , 60 patients in each group. 30min before operation, observation group was given 0.6mg/kg ketamine intravenously and control group was given same volume normal saline. The condition of pain was observed by Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores 1, 3, 6, 8, 12, 24 and 48h after operation. Wound mechanical hyperalgesia was evaluated postoperative 24h, 48h and 72h. RESULTS The VAS scores and the area of hyperalgesia were all lower in observation group than control group in all time points (P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION The low dose ketamine for general anaesthesia can reduce wound hyperalgesia after myomectomy and the analgesic effect is obvious, which is an useful analgesia.
