Title: The effect of early placed gastric tube after the operation on gastrointestinal complication in children patinets with congenital heart disease
Abstract: Objective:To research the effect of early placed gastric tube after the operation in children with congenital heart disease how to affect the gastrointestinal complication of gastrointestinal complications. Methods:66 children patients with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group (36 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The children in the observation group were placed gastric tube while they were sent into the ICU after the operation,had intermittent decompression and exhaust. To remove the gastric tube if the children had no significant gastrointestinal complications after removing the trachea spiles.The children in control group had conventional treatment,no indwelling gastric tube.Results:The incidence of gastrointestinal complications such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and stress ulcer and so on in the children of observation group were more lower than that in the control group.The two groups had significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion:Early placed gastric tube after the operation in children with congenital heart disease can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications to promote postoperative recovery of the children.
