Title: Girder Design of DF50/160 Type Bridge Erecter and Its Analysis on Finite Element Method
Abstract: In view of both the moving loads applied on the truss girder in DF50/160 type bridge erector and the stress distribution at various job states, the truss girder design strategy is settled in consideration of steel material utilization enhancement as well as the simplification in manufacture and installation. Simulation and calculating analysis of its whole performance based on finite element method are carried out. Improvement of the girder design is completed and successfully applicable to the DF50/160 type bridge erector. The practical strategy and method is introduced and proved to be feasible for the design and structure optimization of the same steel structures as the truss girder under moving loads.
