Title: Preparation of UV-Curing Polyurethane Acrylate Coating
Abstract: Polyurethane acrylate prepolymer(PUA) was prepared from toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI),SAN resin,and hydroxyethyl acrylate.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst concentration on synthesis of PUA was studied.The optimal conditions for synthesis of PUA were derived as follows:the first step,reaction temperature 25~35 ℃,reaction time 2.5 hours;the second step,reaction temperature 75~80 ℃,reaction time 3 hours and catalyst content about 0.4%.In the mean time,the UV-curing coating was obtained by adjusting the ratio of the active thinners such as TPGDA,TMPTA,HDDA.The optimal formulations of coatings,which was well flexile and fit for UV-curing was determined by measuring and comparing the polish,rigidity,flexility,impact strength,adhesion and so on.
