Title: Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Perindopril Combined with Spironolactone on Chronic Heart Failure
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of perindopril combined with spironolactone on chronic heart failure. Methods 80 cases with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from December, 2008 to December, 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group had 40 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given perindopril combined with spironolactone on the base of the conventional treatment. Cardiac function improvement was observed in two groups. Results After the treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, 6-minute walk test in the observation group compared with those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group(95.0%) compared with that of the control group(75.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Perindopril combined with spironolactone can improve the cardiac function and ventricular remodeling of the patients with chronic heart failure and the treatment effect is significant.
