Title: On Responsibility of a State for Its International Crimes
Abstract: The responsibility of a state for its international crimes has been a question at issue and hasn't been made conclusion by publicists for a long time. Although there isn't legal authority in international law to justify the responsibility of a state for its international crimes, we shouldn't deny the existence of international crimes and responsibility of a state for its international crimes. In order to accomplish consititutionality of international community, it is necessary to further develop the topic on responsibility of a state for its international crimes.
