Title: Application of Sufentanil and ropivacaine anesthesia in treatment of hysterectomy
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose ropivacaine epidural sufentanil in treatment of hysterectomy. Methods Our hospital from February 2009 to January 2011 to be passing through the abdominal hysterectomy in 50 patients, randomly divided into control group(1% ropivacaine 13ml) and the observation group(1% ropivacaine 13ml + sufentanil 5μg),recorded before and after anesthesia hemodynamic changes, sensory block, motor block, total analgesia and muscle relaxation of other indicators. Results The rapid onset time of sensory block, anesthesia, reaching the highest plane a short time, compared with control group had significant difference(P0.05),while the recovery time and pain to the T10 time longer than those of the control group(P0.05).Surgery and postoperative observation group 4,8 h VAS score compared with the control group had no significant difference(P0.05),after 12,l6,24h VAS score was significantly(P0.05).Conclusions In hysterectomy ropivacaine combined with sufentanil anesthesia onset time short, prolonged pain-killing,is safe and effective.
