Title: The effect of cognitive psychological intervention on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegic limbs
Abstract: Objective:To discuss the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the hemiplegia limbs rehabilitation in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:27cases of patients whose cerebral hemorrhage amount was less or equal to 5ml(≤5ml)and 33cases of cerebral ischemia in our department were randomly divided into the observation group and study group with 30cases in each group.All patients in both were all offered the same drug treatment and conventional nursing.For patients in the study group,extra cognitive intervention had been implemented for 1week,behavioral intervention for 2weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and FMA were applied to scoring before and after treatment,and 2weeks and 4weeks.before and after the treatment as well.Then the effect of both groups were observed.Results:The hemiplegia rehabilitation of limb functions in the cognitive psychological intervention study group had been improved significantly compared with that of the control group before the intervention.Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral therapy to promote physical rehabilitation of the stroke patients with hemiplegia has better clinical efficacy.
