Title: Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Myomectomy
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 90 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were divided into two groups, 50 cases in the laparoscopic group and 40 cases in the laparotomy group. Observation, the operation time, operative blood loss, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time and the rate of postoperative complications occurrence in two groups were analyzed. Results The operation time of the laparoscopic group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P0.05), the operative blood loss, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time was significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05), and the rate of postoperative complications was less. Conclusion The efficacy of laparoscopic operation hysteromyomectomy is accurate, with less trauma, less bleeding, rapid recovery, and less complications, is worthy of clinical application.
