Title: College students' emotional stability in a medical college of China
Abstract: Objective To explore the status quo of college students' emotional stability,so as to provide reference for mental health education.Methods Eysenck emotional stability scale was used to measure 730 subjects.Results The scores of students from rural areas were higher in inferiority and anxiety and lower in compulsive factor than those from urban areas.Female college students had lower scores in inferiority,compulsive and autonomous factor than male college students.Conclusions There is a difference in emotional stability between students from different areas or between male students and female students.Mental health educators should carry out psychological health education appropriate for college students.
