Title: Emulation Researches on the Flow Fields of the Two Sets of the Coaxial Opposite Direction Impinging Stream Reactors
Abstract: The flow fields in the two sets of the coaxial opposite direction impinging stream reactors were simulated using Fluent software,the structures of the flow fields in the two sets of the reactors under various flow velocities were studied.The simulation result shows that the impinging area was gradually extended with the increase of the velocity at inlet,and the spiral vortex around the impinging area was more crowded,the phenomena of eddy flow was more apparent,and a higher gradient velocity was generated.Meanwhile,the turbulent intensity varied obviously with the increase of velocity at inlet,the relative strength of turbulence was more strong,and facilitated to the turbulent mixing in the reactors.
