Abstract: Since the end of World War Ⅱ,Japan's political/military diplomacy was restricted greatly by international society and law,so its economic diplomacy had become an important way to return to the international society and occupy the international market with the intention to seek for the solutions to be one of the political powers in the world.By means of the implementation of ODA program and so on,Japan's economic diplomacy has got great achievement in political,economic and cultural fields.However,as influenced by excessively intense economic motive that was mixed strongly with political intention in addition to the restriction on her axis relationship with the United States and related policies,Japan's economic diplomacy has not been achieving her expected results yet after World War Ⅱ.
