Title: Between Facts,Norms and Values: An Exploration on Position of Environmental Law from Discipline and Practice-oriented Perspective
Abstract: In today's world,environmentalproblems have become an urging crisis facing human society,which constitutes the natural and social foundation for the formation and development of environmental law. General implementation of laws in modern society has made legislation the basic means to solve environmental problems in contemporary society. Thus environmental law is at the core in dealing with environmental problems. Meanwhile, faced with complex and diverse patterns of environmental issues,environmental law is often entangled between facts,norms and values. Based on an analysis to the theory and practice,this paper attempts to explore and discuss some fundamental issues of environmental legislation from discipline and practice-oriented perspectives.
