Results: The positive expression rate of Survivin was 29/33 in pancreatic carcinoma tissue, obviously higher than those in normal pancreatic tissue (5/12) and benign pancreatic disease tissue (0/10) (P0.05).The positive expression rate of P53 was 17/33 in pancreatic carcinoma tissue, higher than those in normal pancreatic tissue (0/12) and benign pancreatic disease tissue (0/10) (P0.05). Survivin positive rate was associated with P53 expression in pancreatic cancer tissue (P=0.044).Conclusion: Overexpression of Survivin is probably correlated with the carcinogenesis of pancreatic carcinoma and the expression of P53.They cooperatively participate in the carcinogenesis and development of pancreatic cancer.Read More
