Title: Retrospective analysis of 281 axillary lymph nodes metastasis rule in breast cancer
Abstract: Objective To investigate axillary lymph nodes metastasis rule and analyze risk factors of axillary lymph nodes metastasis in breast cancer. Methods 281 patients breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed diagnosis by surgery and pathology were divided into two groups by way of the situation of axillary lymph nodes metastasis(ALNM),which were underwent 2 Test and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The analysis of two groups(axillary lymph node metastases or not) breast feeding history, family history of cancer, tumor size and pathological type were correlated with axillary lymph nodes metastasis in breast cancer(P 0.05).In logistic multivariate analysis, family history of cancer, tumor size and pathological type were the independent influencing factors for axillary lymph nodes metastasis in breast cancer(P 0.05).Conclusion There is statistically significant correlation in lactation history, family history of cancer, tumor size, pathologic types and axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.Tumor size, pathologic types, family history of cancer are risk factors of axillary lymph node metastasis in patients with breast cancer.
