Preparation of Helicidum Sustained-release Pellets

Description: The helicidum sustained-release pellets coated with Surelease or Eudragit RS 30D/RL 30D were prepared. The formulation of coating materials was optimized. The results showed that both pellets prepared could release drug sustained for 12h. The pellets containing Eudragit had a lag time of one hour.
