Using the special designe...The productivity of coal grinder was increased by 21 % as the portion of coal grain size under 0.074 mm was reduced from 70 % to 30 % for lean coal injection at Anyang Steel. Using the special designed tuyere probe, the gas composition and coal combustion rate beforet the tuyere were investigated. It was shown that the raceway becomes longer with coarser pulverized coal injection. The good economical benefit in BF could be reached by using coarser pulverized coal with high blast temperature and oxygen enrichment.Read More
