Kezepu blocking plus resection of anal fissure in treatment of anal fissure: clinical observation of 90 cases

Description: Anal block therapy by using long-acting analgesic and Kezepu plus resection of anal fissure was performed to treat 90 cases with anal fissure at stage Ⅲ. All the cases were primarily cured without any complication. The curative rate was 100%. The main causes, the feature of pain of anal fissure,the analgesic mechanism of long-acting compound analgesic, etc. are discussed here.
