Title: Study on the Extracellular Enzymes Activities of Microsporum Canis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the extracellular enzymes activities of Microsporum Canis strains isolated from different locus. Methods 20 strains of Microsporum Canis were divides into two groups, one of which included ten strains isolated from tinea corporis, the other one included ten strains isolated from tinea capitis. In two groups, the activities of serine enzyme and lipase were detected. Results The serine enzyme activity in tinea capitis group was significantly higher than that in tinea corporis group(P0.01). The lipase activity between the tinea capitis group and tinea corporis group had no difference(P0.05).Conclusion There is difference in species between the Microsporum Canis strains isolated from different locus, and their pathogenicity is different in the same.
