Title: Determination of Flavones and Antioxidation Effect for Allium Cepa
Abstract: The ultrasonic extraction method was used for extracting flavonoids in Allium cepa.The flavonoids in Allium cepa were determined by spectrophotometry,the recovery was 99.6%~102.1% and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.18%.Antioxidation effect of the Allium cepa was determined by fluorimetry.The results show that the Allium cepa abundant in the flavones compounds and has a strong antioxidative effect.
