Title: Synthesis and characterization of biological active piperazine acteyl hydrazones derivatives under microwave irradiation
Abstract: Four hydrazones 3(a~d) are synthesized from following three steps: firstly ethyl 2-[4-bi-(4-fluorophenyl)-methyl-piperazin-1-yl]acetate(1) is synthesized by the reaction of 1-[bi-(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-piperazine with ethyl chloroacetate in acetone under microwave irradiation.Then treatment of the compoun(1) with hydrazine to give 2-[4-bi-(4-fluorophenyl)-methylpiperazin-1-yl] Acteyl Hydrazine(2).Finally compound(2) reacted with aromatic aldehydes and ketones under microwave irradiation yielded the corresponding compounds 2-[4-bi-(4-fluorophenyl)-methylpiperazin-1-yl] Acteyl Hydrazones 3(a~d) in good yields.The structures of four new compounds are confirmed by IR,1H NMR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.
