Abstract:Take the stimulant phenol-containing wastewater as the research object,the effects of different electrochemical processes on phenol-containing wastewater treatment were compared and studied.The influe...Take the stimulant phenol-containing wastewater as the research object,the effects of different electrochemical processes on phenol-containing wastewater treatment were compared and studied.The influences of pH value,electrolysis voltage,electrolyte concentration and electrolysis time on phenol removal were analyzed through orthogonal test,and then,the optimal reaction condition was determined.The results of the test showed that,the optimal condition for electrocatalytic oxidation process treating phenol-containing wastewater was: the pH value was 6,the electrolysis voltage was 9 V,the electrolyte concentration was 20 g/L,and the electrolysis time was 120 min.For the phenol-containing wastewater treated by electro-Fenton process,the optimal condition was as follow: the pH value was 3,the electrolysis voltage was 9 V,the electrolyte concentration was 20 g/L,the electrolysis time was 120 min;on the above basis,the optimal dosage of activated carbon for Three-dimensional electrode process was determined as 150 g/L.The effect of phenol-containing wastewater treatment by the said four electrochemical processes showed a decreasing order of three-dimensional electrode and electricity-Fenton coupling process three-dimensional electrode process electro-Fenton process electrocatalytic oxidation process.Read More
