Title: Study on composition of fatty acid and distribution of sn-2 fatty acid in colostrum human milk
Abstract: Twenty healthy mothers were chosen,lipids were extracted by sonication from human colostrum,the fatty acid composition and the fatty acid composition at sn-2 position in colostrum were analyzed by gas chromatography with DM-FFAP,and processed with the Statistical Program for Social Sciences for Windows 13.0.Colostrum human milk in Guangzhou had low saturated fatty acid(36.47%)and high unsaturated fatty acid(63.9%).While the fatty acids at sn-2 position had the opposite profile of the total fatty acids saturated fatty acid(61.48%)and unsaturated fatty acid(37.95%).It also proved that palmitic acid was preferentially esterified at the sn-2 position,and oleic and linoleic acids was preferentially esterified at the sn-1,3 position.Fatty acid composition and distribution in colotrum human milk were special,and this was very important for infant and direct guiding significance for human milk fat substitute.
