Abstract: This paper discusses happiness based on Aristotle's reasonable ethics theory. Aristotle believes happiness is to be reasonable,to face up to and move beyond misery,to enjoy the necessary and appropriate happiness, but not to addict with it. It is necessary to restrict one's desires appropriately and make it the driving force for one's life. A reasonable view of happiness is of significance for man's pain, happiness and desire.
