Title: Numerical control programming oriented to customized product
Abstract: In order to generate the Numerical Control (NC) machining program of variant product rapidly, design principles of NC program for customized product was studied. The NC program design method of establishing master NC program based on product variant master model was proposed. In order to establish master NC program, the machining features of customized product were analyzed and defined, and NC subprogram base was designed. Furthermore, a prototype of master NC program was designed. The NC machining program of customized product could be obtained by analyzing, calculating and processing the data through a NC program generation process. In addition, combining tabular layouts of article characteristics with master NC program, the variant design of NC machining program could be achieved. Finally, an application example was given to verify the above-mentioned principles and methods. Results indicated that this method could realize the downstream variant response of customized product development process, and support mass customization production efficiently.
