Title: Effects of Implementing Multi-factor Teaching Means in Hurdles Run Technique
Abstract: In teaching hurdle run technique, the authors have applied the modern structure-orientated theory, adopted the study-guided programmed teaching method, practiced the section-steps of superposing type teaching means and combined psychological training, such as the image training, the intentional training and the psychological fixed-stated. After the testable experiments, this teaching theory and methods could play vital role in improving teaching quality and teaching results and accelerating the mastering motion skill in hurdle teaching. The paper offers theoretical reference and practical basis for deepening the reform of the technique teaching in track and field, enriching theoretical teaching system and for practical applying.
