Through fermentation experiment, the optimum rice bran extraction conditions were obtained: rice bran at pH = 6.0, temperature 50 ° C and water bath extracting for 4 h; content can reach up to 110mg/100ml. While the best fermentation conditions were as follows : pH =6.0, adding Bulgaria 乳酸杆菌, Lactobacillus Fermentation 16 hours at 45℃.
