Title: Effect of Yangxinyigan Decoction on the Content of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) in Blood Plasma of Patients with Ischemic Apoplexy Sequelae
Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of Yangxinyigan Decoction on the content of Thromboxan B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-Prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α) in blood plasma of patients with ischemic apoplexy sequelae. Methods:292 case of patients with ischemic apoplexy sequelae divided into two groups randomly,154 cases of the treatment group was treated by Yangxinyigan Decoction and routine tehabilitation,and 138 cases of the control group was treated by routine rehabilitation,to observe the neurologic impairment scores and the content of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αin blood plasma before and after treatment.Results:The neurologic impairment scores were descened obviously in two groups.The neurologic impariment scores were decreased obviously in treatment groups.The content of 6-keto-PGF1αin blood plasma were increased after treatment,and the content of TXB2,the ratio of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αwere decreased obviously in two groups.The neurologic impairment scores,the content of TXB2,6-keto-PGF1αand the ratio of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αwere different obviously in treatment groups.Conclusion:Yangxinyigan Decoction can improve neurologic function of patients with ischemic apoplexy sequelae through modulating the content of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.
