Abstract:Objective To study the influence of different doses of histamine H3 receptor antagonist on morphine addicted rats relapse behavior.Methods The rats were divided into 4 groups: histamine H3 receptor an...Objective To study the influence of different doses of histamine H3 receptor antagonist on morphine addicted rats relapse behavior.Methods The rats were divided into 4 groups: histamine H3 receptor antagonist with low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group,saline control group.To gradually increasing doses of morphine,natural light and other methods of drug withdrawal and copy the above groups,rats,conditioned place preference method used to judge the success of replication models.Results Histamine H3 receptor antagonist injection of antagonist in the low dose group(5mg/ kg) by morphine after the fire,showing an obvious preference for the white box(P0.01,compared with the black box);histamine H3 receptor antagonist in the dose antagonist in the injection group(10mg/kg) of morphine after the fire by,showing clear preference in the white box(P0.01,compared with the black box);histamine H3 receptor antagonist with high dose injection of antagonist(20mg/kg) then ignited after morphine,no significant preference for performance(P 0.05,compared with the black box);saline control group after saline injection by morphine lit display an obvious preference for the white box(P0.01 compared with the black box).Conclusions Low dose and middle dose histamine H3 receptor antagonist in morphine addicted rats addiction recurrence no effect.High dose histamine H3 receptor antagonist in morphine addicted rats readdicted have obvious role.Read More
