Title: The Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum PSA,ALP and ICTP in Prostate Cancer with Bone Metastasis
Abstract: Objective To discuss the relationship of serum PSA,ALP,ICTP and prostate cancer with bone metastasis, and its diagnostic significance on prostate cancer with bone metastasis. Methods 98 cases with prostate cancer were divided into 45 cases of control group(without bone metastasis) and 53 cases of observation group(with bone metastasis) according to bone imaging. The expression of serum PSA,ALP and ICTP were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay and ELISA.The relationship with prostate cancer with bone metastasis and its diagnostic value on bone metastasis were analyzed. Results The value of PSA,ALP and ICTP in observation group were obviously higher than that in control group(P0.05).20 μg/L was taken as critical value of PSA,its sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 96.23%(51/53),55.56%(25/45),85.71%(84/98),respectively;90μg/L was taken as critical value of ALP,its sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 94.34%(50/53),46.67%(21/45),72.45%(71/98),respectively;6μg/L was taken as critical value of ICTP,its sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 98.11%(52/53),86.67%(39/45),91/98(92.86%),respectively.Conclusion Serum PSA,ALP and ICTP can be regarded as reliable index for the diagnosis of prostate cancer with bone metastasis. They can show the degree of bone metastasis and evaluate the treatment effect.
