Title: Design and Implementation of a Fully Differential Operational Amplifier with Gain-Boosting Technique
Abstract: This paper discusses a fully differential operational amplifier with gain-boosting and CMFB techniques.This OAP is constructed by three parts:a folded-cascode amplifier,a biasing circuit and a CMFB circuit.When using chartered 0.35 μm process and with its load of 1 pF capacitance,simulation result shows,its open-loop gain is 106.8 dB,unity gain bandwidth is 58 MHz and phase margin is 79°.After testing and analyzing the MPW chip,it can be find that its test results are approximate to simulations results.Thus,this amplifier achieves its design performance in general.
