Title: The Trend of Economic Globalization and International Economic Laws
Abstract: Since the 1990's, with the end of the Cold War, rapid boom of science and technology and ever-extending scope of multinational companies, economic globalization has come to an inexorable trend in the development of global economy. It not only has produced a great and profound impact on various countries and international economic relations among them, but also has been pounding at the old international economic order. However, economic globalization is a two-edge sword, producing positive influence upon global economy, negative one as well. The further perfection of international economic and legal systems is bound to create a more favorable legal environment and offer reliable legal security for economic globalization.
