Title: Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Space-occupying Lesion in Liver
Abstract: Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in space-occupying lesion in the liver. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in 62 cases of liver space-occupying lesion diagnosed by CT or pathological examination, including 18 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma,14 cases of metastatic hepatic carcinoma,22 cases of hepatic hemangioma, and 8 cases of hyperplastic nodules in cirrhotic liver. Results Compared with patients with hepatic hemangioma or hyperplastic nodules in cirrhotic liver,Doppler perfusion index and resistance ratio index significantly increased in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma or metastatic hepatic carcinoma(P0.05).Compared with patients with space-occupying lesion in the liver, total liver blood flow and portal congestive index obviously increased in patients with hyperplastic nodules in cirrhotic liver(P0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging can provide multi-parameters and improve the diagnosis and identification of space-occupying lesion in the liver.
