Title: The Diagnostic Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound on Malignant Trophoblastic Tumor
Abstract: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) on malignant trophoblastic tumor. Methods 32 cases of patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor, 20 cases of patients with benign mole and 10 cases of normal child-bearing period women were selected, whose uterus were diagnosed by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound. Meanwhile, the value of β-HCG was detected. Results For the malignant trophoblastic tumor patients, the value of resistance index (RI) of uterine artery was lower, the bloodstream of uterine wall was anomaly abundant and the vascular resistance index (RI) of tunica muscularis uteris was lower than 0.4. Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound is benefitial for the early diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic effect of malignant trophoblastic tumor, which is worthy of generalization.
