Abstract:Objective To analyse the clinical course and the importance of reasonable combination treatment of the patients with distant matastases following radical mastectomy.Method 60 cases with distant matast...Objective To analyse the clinical course and the importance of reasonable combination treatment of the patients with distant matastases following radical mastectomy.Method 60 cases with distant matastases following radical mastectomy were reviewed,including 18 cases of stage Ⅰ,33 cases of stage Ⅱ,9 cases of stage Ⅲ,when initialy.21 cases of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were treated by chemotherapy for 1~2 cycles,18 cases for radiotherapy,other 12 cases had not treated by chemotherapy or radiotherapy,patients of stage Ⅲ were treated for radiotherapy.The time from initial treatment of primary tumor to matastases was investigated.Result The 60 cases developed distant matastases in the first 1~6 years.Conclusion The breast carcinoma can easily develop to matastases in the blood system,reasonable combinalion treatment is the key for improvable curation of breast carcinoma.Read More
