Abstract: The green education is brought out in view of the current unbalance between science education and humanism education in China, which is an innovation of abiding by social norm and human self- provision and turning to the whole provisions of nature and human. By analyzing green education from the aspect of the globalization and post - modernization , I think that the green education must break through the pure educational ideas of emphasizing human and take on a new look. The target inclines to non - ultimatums, the knowledge construction inclines to the whole, the mechanism inclines to the health, the educational environment inclines to the ecosystem, and education evaluation inclines to non -fixed multivariate. The education should develop towards the harmonious and beneficial direction of human, nature, society and future, set up a wider, healthier and more perfect theoretical system. It has many important strategical meanings to the future educational development. It can lead education mindset, broaden education content, reconstruct method system, coordinate education relation, etc..
