Title: Effect of different doses of Ramosetron on postoperative nausea and vomiting during postoperative intravenous analgesia
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of different doses of Ramosetron on reducing nausea and vomiting for patients' controling intravenous analgesia(PCIA).Methods: One hundred and fourteen ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients were randomly divded into there groups with thirty-eight cases each.The patients in group A were given PCIA with Ramosetron 0.3 mg in 100 ml,in group B by PCIA with 0.6 mg in 100 ml and in group C PCIA without Ramosetron.Nausea and vomiting were recorded at the same time points.Results: A significant reduce of incidence in nausea and vomiting was abserved in group A and B compared with that in group C.There was difference between group A and B(P0.05).Conlusion: The dose of 0.3 mg of Ramosetron can reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting during PCIA.
