Title: Application of Combined Detection of hs-CRP,vWF and CD62P in Assessment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: To explore the changes and clinical value of serum hs-CRP,vWF and CD62P levels in patients with coronary heart disease, the serum hs-CRP level was measured by latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry, the plasma vWF level was detected by ELISA and the percentage of CD62P in citrated whole blood was detected by flow cytometry in 40 patients with coronary heart disease(unstable angina) and 30 health controls. The results showed that the serum le-vels of hs-CRP and vWF in patients with coronary heart disease were higher than those in the healthy controls(P0.01).The percentage of CD62P in patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that in the healthy group(P0.01).These data suggest that combined detection of hs-CRP,vWF and CD62P levels in patients with coronary disease might have clinical significance in the supplementary diagnosis, the observation of curative and prognostic effect.
