Title: Effect of Deformation on Flow Stress of LF2 Al Alloy at High Temperature
Abstract: The tensile experiment of aluminum alloy LF2 at high temperature was carried out under different conditions of strain rate and deformation temperature range from 0.07 s-1 to 0.33 s-1 and 220 ℃ to 480 ℃ respectively. The variation of flow stress and its influencing factors were studied. The results show that the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with the increase of temperature, and dramatically displays the hardening effect of strain rate and softening effect of temperature. Moreover the dynamic recovery and recrystallization of the alloy occur at high-temperature and high strain rate.
