Title: Posture mat application for patients with liver cancer early postoperative recovery and the impact of discomfort
Abstract: Objective: To investigate hepatectomy in patients with liver cancer placed in position affect postoperative recovery and early symptoms of the pad.Methods: From January 2013- October 2013 implementation of hepatic resection in our hospital 264 cases of patients were randomly divided into a control group and observation group. The control group did not use posture mat,observation group posture mat placed position,observation group and the control group of patients early postoperative complaints were,for the first time from the aspect of bed time,flatus time situation. Results: The two groups of patients in the postoperative flatus,for the first time from the aspect of bed time was statistically significant; early postoperative patient discomfort were statistically significant differences( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The right hepatic resection surgery posture mat shorten the operation time,does not increase postoperative discomfort is conducive to postoperative recovery.
